Kisir

Okay, I know I spelled it wrong, but I don't have a Turkish keyboard. I can't bear to call it tabbouleh, though, even though it's the common term here. Anyway, I thought I'd compare side-by-side the dish from the recipe website (left) and how it turned out for me (right). Of course, I didn't attempt to stage it the same. It's just a basic comparison. I think you can see more of the bulgur in mine.
